America's Girls will be holding FREE breast cancer awareness classes! These classes will include teaching: how to perform breast self exams, information on breast cancer, and how to spread awareness. We will be presenting all of the information, and will have take-home booklets and other goodies! Join us at Triple Cats Bar & Grille in Harrison, OH every last Tuesday of the month from 11-1. A little about us
America's Girls is a non-profit organization that specializes in informing young women about the importance of breast self-exams and that doing them every month can save their life. Our goal is to create a Life Saving Experience for senior high school girls in the United States, through survivor testimony, hands on training, and positive vibes! We are in the process of obtaining our 501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service. IRS Pub 557 indicates that the effective date of our exemption will be retroactive to our date of incorporation, which is September 21, 2022. Donations may be tax exempt.

The BUS
Who wants to hear a lady talk about cancer in the middle of the gym? Boring! Our plan is to create a memoriable experience for the girls, that will stick with them for the rest of their lives. We will decorate the interior of the bus with a comfortable and safe place for the girls, so that they remember the life-saving information we give them. This picture is a rough example of the type of bus we will be traveling in and inviting America's girls into. The exterior of the bus will have our name, logo, QR code, and will obviously be wrapped in pink!

Our goal is to be on the road by September , 2023. In the meantime, we are talking to as many people as we can about the importance of breast self-exams. Our main educational outlet during our initial building stage, is Triple Cats Bar & Grille in Harrison, Ohio. As the owner, many people have watched my breast cancer journey. Their support and interest helped me realize my breast cancer is so much bigger than just my experience, which has created the desire to form America's Girls and to continuously educate.
